With over a decade of experience spanning Fortune 5 companies in industries such as Technology, Energy, Education, and Manufacturing in strategic leadership, Raisha brings a unique blend of corporate insight and entrepreneurial spirit to her work. She holds an MBA from Rice University and has been recognized for her impact in publications such as Defender Network, Word In Black, and Innovation Map.

Under Raisha’s leadership, EveryDopeGirl has grown into a thriving business-focused community, supporting over 15 women-owned ventures, hosting more than 50 professional development workshops, and cultivating a network of 20,000+ members nationwide.
